Thank you for stopping by. Today I am going to share an excerpt from my new release "Savannah's Surrender."
You can buy it now here:
Savannah's Surrender is based on a true story. It tells a tale of a married couple, Hilton and Savannah Fields, who are enduring some marital discord.
Hilton walked out on Savannah over six months ago. After numerous attempts to resolve their issues on their own with little progress Hilton decided it was time to call it quits. He was convinced that Savannah was just too stubborn and she was never going to be willing to compromise on anything. It wasn’t what he wanted but he had tried everything to fix things, finally reaching his breaking point he told Savannah he was filing for a divorce.
Savannah was devastated. She wanted her husband back but she wasn't going to let him tell her how or what to do. She talks Hilton into trying Christian marriage counseling as a final attempt to save their crumbling marriage. Savannah’s confident that the pastor will show Hilton the error of his ways.
Hilton and Savannah are both shocked when Pastor James suggests that they adopt a Domestic Discipline lifestyle. He instructs Hilton to become the head of his household and recommends that he starts spanking Savannah’s bottom if she disobeys him or becomes disrespectful. Pastor James ensures the couple that Hilton taking charge of their marriage will quickly put an end to their discord.
Will Hilton spank Savannah? Can Domestic Discipline save their failing marriage?
This is a continuation from last weeks post. Savannah is researching domestic discipline prior to her meeting to discuss it with Mrs. Marilyn, the pastors wife. You can read that here: Savannah Googles Domestic Discipline.
One of the things that surprised me the most about domestic discipline was how much the spanked women really seemed to like the lifestyle. I found it interesting that so many women expressed stress relief and feelings of being loved and taken care of after a spanking. I had done a considerable amount of reading and I hadn’t even run into a single piece that contained a wife who was complaining about her husband spanking her. In fact, I read about many women who wanted to be taken in hand that had husbands whom were unwilling to learn about, never mind commit to the lifestyle.
Thankfully I found a considerable amount of information about domestic discipline saving troubled marriages. I read about numerous marriages that were previously nearing divorce, that were completely transformed by adopting the DD lifestyle. The couples reported a closeness and intimacy that they had never experienced before embracing DD. I read about husbands curbing mouthiness, sass, overspending, attitudes, reckless behavior, dangerous behavior and many more things just by spanking their wives bottoms when they deserved it. For some reason I understood it.
I must agree with the information that Savannah found. I am the happiest, calmest, and centered when Jordan is actively maintaining his part of our DD agreement. When he is holding me accountable and spanking when necessary I do feel loved and taken care of.
How about you? Are you a happy spanked wife?
Make sure you check out all the other Saturday Spankings!
I agree with what she's discovered and I think it all boils down to respect be it of yourself or your spouse. A lot of times couples get in trouble because they've stopped respecting the other person. Great snippet, Lillyanna Rose and very true to life.
ReplyDeleteHi Lillyanna, yes, happy spanked wife here, and I can only agree with what you have written. This close connection is something I have not experienced before DD. One of the reasons might be that we communicate a lot. We have a few rules, usually dealing with what you have in your list above, we discuss these things and how we feel about it. I think Kathryn also nailed it with how we respect each other. We listen and take each other seriously as people and somehow this works best for us with DD. Great post, I enjoyed reading this, thank you.
